Before you buy
Is Night Reboot right for you?
We would rather be useful than universal. Night Reboot is built for one person: the healthy high performer who sleeps enough hours but still wakes under-recovered. If that is you, read on. If one of the situations below is you, the honest move is to solve that first.
Who it is for
Adults who sleep 6 to 7 hours, mostly through the night, and still run below their best the next day. The hours are fine; the recovery is not. That gap is what Night Reboot supports.
Does Night Reboot help with insomnia?
No. Chronic insomnia is a disorder whose first-line treatment is CBT-I (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia). Night Reboot supports recovery in healthy sleepers; it is not a treatment for diagnosed insomnia.
Will it help sleep apnea?
No. Sleep apnea is a breathing disorder that needs diagnosis and treatment such as CPAP. If you snore loudly or gasp at night, ask your doctor about a sleep study before trying any supplement.
I work rotating night shifts. Will it work?
It can support the quality of the sleep you get, but it cannot anchor a body clock that keeps flipping. The primary fix for shift work is circadian: consistent sleep and light timing, sometimes with clinical guidance.
How do I know if I have a recovery problem or a medical one?
If your hours are adequate and your nights mostly unbroken but mornings feel slow, that points to a recovery gap. If you cannot sleep, breathe poorly while asleep, or have no fixed schedule, get assessed by a professional first.
Food supplement, not a medicine. For adults 18 and over. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not medical advice; consult a qualified professional. Corrections: reincarn@zandralifesciences.com.
