How We Research, Write and Review Our Content

Last reviewed: September 2026 · Published by Zandra Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd.

Sleep is a health topic, so we hold our writing to a higher standard than marketing usually asks for. Every article on REINCARN Sleep Science is grounded in published research, checked against the primary sources, and reviewed by qualified doctors, including reviews that push back on us. This page explains exactly how that works, and where our evidence stops.

Our editorial principles

Evidence first, cited openly.

Claims are tied to peer-reviewed studies, and we verify each citation against the original paper (PubMed or the journal) before it goes live. Where evidence is limited, mixed, or drawn from small studies, we say so.

We separate mechanism from proof.

A plausible biological mechanism is not the same as a proven clinical outcome, and we word our articles to keep that distinction clear rather than overstating what the research shows.

Ingredient evidence is not formulation evidence.

Most published research studies single ingredients at specific doses. Our finished product has not yet been tested as a complete formulation in its own trial, and we state this plainly wherever the product is mentioned. A formulation study is on our roadmap.

Safety is never an afterthought.

Every article carries safety information: who should speak to a doctor first, possible interactions, and other causes of poor sleep worth ruling out. For insomnia specifically, we point readers to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT-I) as the recognised first-line treatment, not a supplement.

No hype, no absolute claims.

We do not claim to cure, treat or prevent any condition, and we avoid unqualified "best" or superiority claims that head-to-head evidence does not support. REINCARN Night Reboot is a food supplement, not a medicine.

Independent medical review

Our content is reviewed by a panel of MD/MBBS-qualified doctors. Reviewers read the article, check it against the science, and flag anything that is overstated, under-evidenced, or missing important safety context. Their feedback is often critical, and that is the point: we act on it before publishing or updating, rather than seeking approval. Articles that have been reviewed carry a "Medically reviewed by" credit with the reviewer's name and qualification.

Reviewing doctors include:

  • Dr. Tejashwini Burma, MBBS, MD
  • Dr. Akash Sawant, MBBS (Seth GS Medical College)
  • Dr. Ayush Chaturvedi, MBBS (KEM Hospital)
  • Dr. Omkar Ahire, MBBS (HBT Medical College and Dr. R. N. Cooper Hospital)
  • Dr. Honey Daf, MBBS (GMC Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar)
  • Dr. Ritanshu Rathod, MBBS (Government Medical College, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar)
  • Dr. Raju Kumar, MBBS

A medical review confirms that an article is accurate and responsibly framed. It is not a personal endorsement of any product, and it is not medical advice for any individual reader.

Who writes this content

Articles are produced by the Reincarn Science Team and led by our founder, Arun Menon, who researches sleep science and nutraceutical formulation. Drafting may be assisted by tools, but every article is checked, edited and fact-verified by a person, and then reviewed by a doctor, before it is published.

Transparency and conflicts of interest

REINCARN is a product of Zandra Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., and our articles may mention it. We disclose this relationship openly, keep the educational content separate from the product, and never present the product as the answer to a medical problem. Where we compare options, we apply the same criteria to all of them.
