Refund & Return Policy

At REINCARN, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day refund policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This applies to both opened and unopened products.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email us at support@reincarn.in with your order number and reason for return (optional).

Step 2: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions, if applicable.

Step 3: Once we receive and verify the return (or approve a refund without return for opened products), your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Return Shipping

For unopened and sealed products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. For opened products, a return of the remaining product is not required — we will process the refund based on your request.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, tampered with, or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reincarn.in with photographs of the damage. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our 30-day refund policy after delivery.

Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to bulk or wholesale orders (separate terms apply), products purchased from unauthorised resellers, or free samples and promotional items.
