Free Shipping

Free shipping on all orders across India.

No minimum order value required. Every order ships free, every time.

Delivery Timelines

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days.

Remote areas: 7-10 business days.

Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays. Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on reincarn.in.

Shipping Partners

We work with reputed logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery across India. The shipping partner assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery location.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts, or the pin code being unserviceable, the shipment will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to incorrect address.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. REINCARN products are available for delivery within India only. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
